Initially, Laura was attracted to coaching because she wanted a framework to help deepen her work with nutrition clients. She’s a big believer that all facets of our lives are connected; the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Coaching addresses the emotional and mental aspects and is a container that invites presence of spirit.
Laura’s almost ten years of combined experience as a registered holistic nutritionist, certified holistic nutritional trainer, workshop leader, motivational speaker and health writer helps her to disseminate information clearly and ascertain our individual needs. The offers information and strategies to support and heal the physical body through exercise and nutrition including food, herbs and supplements. Laura’s nutritional expertise integrated with coaching strategies and techniques allow us to set goals, be held accountable and attain the life we want and deserve.
This combination—nutrition and coaching—considers our whole life and helps create movement. It helps us to become unstuck. Sometimes a negative belief pattern, low confidence and self-worth, fear of change, or simply feeling comfortable, is in the way of us finally creating the life we desire. Sometimes misinformation, lack of information or a sense of disconnectedness to what it is we truly want stands in our way. Through the information and insight offered in wellness coaching, we’re able to let go of defeating past patterns and step courageously toward complete health and well-being.
