Coaching is the Path from Desire - to Commitment - to Action - to Fulfillment
Leadership, Management and Transformative Coaching
“Only in growth, reform, and change, paradoxically enough, is true security to be found.”
~ Anne Morrow Lindbergh
While all coaching—at its core—attempts to evoke transformation, there is no where the coach is trying to force us to go. There is no right and wrong—only what we truly desire. Sometimes we forget we have the answers, the key, to our own lives. We get busy and stressed and forget to ask ourselves what it is we truly want. There are goals we want to accomplish and don’t. Goals we want to accomplish but don’t know how to. Sometimes we don’t even know where to begin. We simply know we want things to be different. We yearn to feel happier or more fulfilled.
Coaching helps us to better understand what we really want. It helps keep us on track. It can also help keep a business owner, an organization and employees on track. Coaching helps keep us focused on the vision that is propelling us - and the business of the company - forward. There are specific issues to work on; relationship issues at work and at home, strengthening communication with family, friends and co-workers, career changes, new business development, business plan writing, leadership and management, eating patterns, exercise regimes, time management, dealing with loss and so many others. These are the specific coaching items that lend us the insight and help us move closer to what we truly want in our lives: More passion, success, love, balance and happiness.
